Born and raised in North London, Alan’s interests lie in the property and technology sectors - holding a Computer degree and a Masters in Real Estate. As well as establishing Udozi, he is a shareholder and director of O&H Properties.

Alan came up with the idea of tracking stock of high street stores at university, and decided to finally start Udozi in late 2008. He has a particular interest in user interface engineering and is constantly trying to find ways to improve usability for the user.

Born and raised in Cambridgeshire, Rowen has a passion for innovation and technology. A born marketer, Rowen manages the marketing side of Udozi and is constantly coming up with new ideas and initiatives to get the brand out there. A very passionate and enthusiastic member of the team, Rowen brings ideas to the table and enjoys the excitement of seeing things executed.

With over 15 years experience in the marketing industry, Rowen has taken his knowledge to some of the world’s leading brands such as Wall Street Journal, Jones Lang LaSelle, United Business Media and Larkfleet Homes.

Some may deem Rowen as an extrovert, however, others may say that Rowen just likes to be heard like his idles, Baroness Thatcher and Sir Richard Branson.

Raised in Hertfordshire, Claire grew up with a passion for learning new skills and has a love for travelling, experiencing and understanding new cultures. Claire’s favourite destinations include Nanjing, Dubai and Side.

Claire joined Udozi in May 2010 and has been able to bring her marketing knowledge and experience from her past roles at Thomas Cook and HFC Bank to help develop the Business Development strategy and support the client management side of the company.

No doubt Claire is the loudest and most opinionated member of the team and speaks her mind when the situation demands it! She has several phobias including spiders, rats and chickens but also has several loves such as, shoes, handbags and eating at London’s top restaurants!

Claire spends her days in the office smiling and constantly coming up with new ideas to help Udozi. With an addiction to shopping and often spending her lunch break speed shopping, Claire is sure to be Udozi’s number one user!

A north London girl, Jade is brimming with fresh ideas and is the visual creative hub of Udozi. She has a brilliant eye for detail and spends her days creating new concepts and design ideas for all aspects of Udozi.

Jade gained qualifications at a selection of art and design universities including CSM, LCC and UCA where she completed her degree in Graphic Communication. She then went on to join the Udozi team in June 2010 and has settled in comfortably to her desk at the back of the room where she keeps a close eye on the rest of the team.

As the office DJ, Jade has a passion for music and although some may deem Jade as the quietest member of Udozi, Jade has been know to hold a small disco in the office when on her own!

Raised in Edinburgh, Max recently moved to London and is the youngest member of our team. After leaving school at 15 with only his GCSE’S, he went straight into direct sales and shortly after was promoted as a Sales Executive at 17 years old. Before moving to London Max worked in a busy Edinburgh Estate Agency as an sales/negotiations intern before leaving to join Udozi.

He is responsible for bringing the Udozi brand to light, getting the concept across the country's retail outlets, keeping relationships with retailers and sourcing new opportunity's for Udozi.

Max is a keen sportsman, with a love of golf, football and rugby which comes in handy when travelling the length and breath of Central London’s retail capital by foot!!
