Does Udozi guarantee that an item will be in-stock at the retail store if it is shown to be in-stock on Udozi?
No, all product information is supplied by the retailer. We have a number of ways to ensure that this information is correct and up-to-date however we are unable to fully guarantee accuracy. Udozi is a fantastic tool to locate products on the high street nearest to you. However, we always recommend contacting the store before going there to ensure they have your item in stock. Every retailer on Udozi displays their address, telephone number and opening times in the store details tab on the website and iPhone Application.

Why do we need to register on Udozi?
Currently, it is a requirement for all users to register on Udozi. This allows us to roll out new features, like My Watch List and My Locations, that rely on user specific information. We often debate if whether registering should be a requirement at Udozi and therefore we would love to have your feedback on this. Please contact feedback@udozi.com with your comments.

Why do some stores show price and others do not?
We have allowed retailers to decide if they would like to display the price of their products or hide them. This is a decision made purely by the retailer. Udozi has no involvement in the setting of the price or verifying if the price is correct.

Why do some stores show stock numbers and others do not?
Udozi relies on retailers to have up-to-date stock information to accurately track in-store inventory levels. Not all retailers have this ability and therefore in some instances the retailer does not publish their stock number on Udozi.

What do the different stock icon colours represent?
Green represents good stock number. Orange represents a low stock number. Red is an indication that the product is out-of-stock.

Why should I store locations on Udozi?
This is not a requirement and you can easily search via a postcode each time you login to Udozi. However, the chances are you will be searching from the same handful of locations each time you log onto Udozi. Therefore by storing your favourite locations you can save time by searching for products quickly and conveniently.

What is My Watch List?
When  a product is out of stock you are able to request a notification through text, email or push notification (on the iPhone application) to update you when that store has the item back in stock.

Why should I add my Favourite Store onto Udozi?
If there is a retailer on Udozi that you like, you can add them to your Favourite Store list. Every time you search for a product which that retailers sells, Udozi will ensure that their listings take priority on the results page.

Why do some retailers offer a reservation feature whilst others do not?
This feature is retailer dependent. We are constantly working with retailers to implement this feature within their stores.

How can I recommend a retailer to Udozi?
Go to the navigation bar at the bottom and select Retailer>Recommend A Retailer. Fill out the form and Udozi will get in contact with the retailer.
